Employment History

What is an employment history search?
Extensive reference checks are conducted with co-workers, forepersons and supervisors. Factual information is also gathered from Human Resource Representatives.

Why is this search important?
A gap in employment history may indicate a potential risk. The applicant may have been working out of the country at undisclosed employment, may have been fired from a previous job or engaging in dishonest activity.

Example:
KR Screening has identified applicants with a history of sleeping on the job, attending work under the influence of alcohol, exhibiting verbal aggression towards co-workers, and venting frustration against company machinery. KR Screening also discovered an applicant was incarcerated during a time gap in his resume.
